For services such as technology consultations or in-home repairs, with your consent, the service provider may need to access your device to perform services requested by you such as changing settings, backing up your data, or provide technology set-up or advice.<\/p>

The service provider may need to take photographs of your device to confirm that it is damaged and has been repaired. Be aware that any information displayed on your device or surrounding areas may be visible in the photo.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Further,\u00a0You<\/b>\u00a0agree to release, indemnify, and hold AVS Electronic Services, LLC\u00a0(DBA:\u00a0Mobitechxpress<\/strong>)\u00a0<\/b>from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed on my electronic device, unless it is caused by severe negligence of\u00a0Mobitechxpress<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>agents or technicians.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
